These Saints Knew How to Have Fun

There are saints for each of us, saints that show us what an adventure a life with Christ is:
Carlo Acutis, a 15-year-old computer genius was recently made venerable by the pope. This means He is in the early stages of His process to Sainthood, he died in 2006 of Leukemia. Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, a personal favorite, was a kind, generous, athletic, adventurous, active, handsome guy who loved the outdoors. He came from a wealthy family who didn’t practice their faith and was often seen giving all He had away to those with less. He wasn’t a great student but he studied hard, and loved politics, and was a funny extrovert who was always the life of the party. This video on him is under 2 minutes! Click here for more
Blessed Chiara “Luce” Badano was joyful, beautiful, kind, very active, loved singing, dancing, and sports, and had a large group of friends. At age 16 she concentrated Her life on God as a virgin, and not long after was diagnosed with a very painful bone cancer. She suffered so beautifully with so much joy and hope! St. Gianna Beretta Molla was a doctor, a wife, and a mother. She was joyful, active, hard-working, intelligent, and an entrepreneur. She had a tumor in her uterus while she was pregnant with her fourth child and was told to abort the child to save her life. We can do the things we love, and use the gifts God gave to be successful and bring people to Christ while we are at it like these saints did. If you want to see bright smiling saints in Churches who went on crazy adventures and were wild...for Jesus, be that saint, they are pretty cool. There is no mold to fit it! Now go out there and make a difference, be radical for God, and have courage, authenticity, and a lot of obedience, you are going to change the world in your own unique way.
