I don’t know about you but it is sometimes hard to know who Jesus is. I can go to Jesus and spend time with Him for sure, but it helps when I get to know Jesus’ friends. Saints are successful at truly getting to know who He is. This is something that I desperately want.

For the same reasons the Christians read The City of God 1500 years ago, we can read The City of God today. We must, then, review The City of God under the principle by which it was written.

When the sun goes down and the moon can finally be seen, the light that is given off from the moon is the light that it received from the sun. The moon just reflects the light of the sun. It always has. So why do I bring this up? I want to tell you about two people who reflect off of each other and are just like the sun and the moon.

“It’s time to enter the sanctuary of the Immaculate Heart of Mary”. Riding out a storm takes on a whole different meaning when you are in a safe place. It’s time to enter the ark not made by human hands. It’s time to enter the ark God is providing for you and me at this time in history.

We can all agree that one of the most hardcore people in Scripture is John the Baptist - he lived in the wilderness, ate locust and wild honey, wore camel hair, and was strong in spirit. He was prophesied about and was destined for greatness.
